Glartek, founded in 2017, is a fast-growing leader in Augmented Reality (AR) solutions for the Manufacturing Industry and our mission is to increase the efficiency and safety of production and maintenance processes. Our software solutions combine the AR and Internet of Things (IoT) domains to bring visibility, optimization and reassurance of field operations. Glartek has offices in Lisbon and Leiria, Portugal. The company has very large customers such as EDP and Renault and have raised over €1.5M in venture capital.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the growth of the company, reporting directly to the management team. This intense and demanding role will require you to be involved in multiple Sales initiatives of the company. As the ideal candidate, your goal is to be a versatile, high-energy and driven Inside Sales Representative. You will find customers and establish long-term relationships with potential and new customers in a professional manner. You will be a great fit if you like to combine superior listening and communication skills with an outgoing and friendly personality, to talk with people and help them see the value in new products. Duties and Responsibilities
• Source sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls • Answer customers' questions and provide additional information • Explain and demonstrate features and benefits of the product • Understand customer needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics • Maintain and expand database of prospects • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest • Team with channel partners to build pipeline • Stay informed about competing products
Required Skills and Knowledge • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day • Interested in sales and business development activities • Proficient with corporate productivity and presentation tools • Interest in working with Salesforce.com, Pipedrive or similar CRM • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Strong listening, presentation and sales skills • Persuasive and goal-oriented • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor • Self-motivated and self-directed • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Proven and effective collaboration skills • BSc degree or equivalent preferred • Fluent in English. Another European language is a plus. • Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales, or related sales experience preferred
