POSITION OVERVIEW

An expanding technology company, microbit24.de, is seeking an ambitious, talented, Software Engineer with a Bachelor or Master in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a similar engineering program.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Software Engineer’s primary job responsibilities will include:

• Developing, testing and debugging embedded software in a Linux environment.
• Documenting progress and results.
• Coordinating with other departments, such as Quality Engineering, Software Engineering and Product Management to ensure on-time delivery of a fully tested and compatible device that meets customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

• More than 2 years of experience in development of embebbed software (Linux, C++)
• Bachelor in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other similar background.
• Knowledge about Webservices and PKI, Encryption alghorythms, X-509 Certificates
• Confortable working wth Linux and relevant development tools
• Self-starter, analytical, tenacious problem solver
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for working with technology and excitement for creating high quality products
• Teamplayer

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Confortable speaking level in German language
• Experience with security technologies.
