darwinLabs is recruiting a Junior Sales Manager IT (M/F) to help drive the sale of our solutions in our offices in Lisbon.
Purpose & Goals:
The primary responsibilities of the junior sales manager are to develop and manage a pipeline of business opportunities. He/she
will drive opportunity qualification from a combination of generated leads and self-lead-nurturing and will manage those opportunities by working internally with the darwinLabs team and externally with the prospect on-site when necessary.
The candidate will have a pivotal role in the success of our new customer initiatives.
Expectations & Tasks:
o Finding the right contact within a target organization to contact;
o Contacts lead lists to identify application opportunities;
o Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
o Nurtures leads to push prospects through the sales cycle (with calls, emails, and content distribution);
o Develops and closes new applications opportunities;
o Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status.
Education & profile:
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
o 1-2 years' experience in web/ IT sales within a B2B environment;
o Exceptional communication and phone skills. Easily establishes relationships with prospects;
o Listens patiently. Will probe and clarify to get a real sense of prospects' needs;
o Strong organization and time management skills.
